I AM WHOLE Food is a project I have been working on for over a year but haven't been able to put into action properly. Recipes and ideas that help people understand the importance of veggies and fruit how to include them in the diet and how to help get kids to eat more nutrients and vitamins.
Eggplant Salad & Kids Winter Pasta
1 Eggplant chopped.
1 Broccoli Head.
1 Green Capsicum chopped.
1/2 Cup Almond Mylk.
Almond Flour to thicken.
Pink Salt & Pepper Seasoning.
Slow cooked on light heat on the stovetop.
Served on a bed of superfood salad greens.
Garnished with chilli.
or
Blend all ingredients and serve stirred through a packet of prepared gluten-free vegetable organ pasta spirals.
Purple & Orange Gluten Free Pasta
Olive oil
2 grated purple carrots
2 grated orange carrots
1 onion finely chopped
Green parsley garnish
Tin of organic tomatoes (blended)
Pink Salt & Pepper
1 packet of gluten-free spaghetti pasta
Squeeze 1/2 grapefruit or lemon once served.
Stay beansprout, vegetables, brown rice
Bag of beansprouts.
2 carrots.
3 spriggs of spring onion chopped.
1/2 green capsicum chopped.
3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
3 sprigs of spring onion.
Cooked in a pan with,
Coconut amino acid.
Salt & Pepper.
2 cups of basmati rice steamed, stirred through or served on top, it can be served on a bed of greens if you are trying to lose weight.
Served with 1/2 avocado on the side for garnish and salad.
Keep it simple, wash all your food in salt and vinegar, and understand we are fueling our bodies like any machine so keep it clean.
