A new year and a new day.


The last four years have been challenging, everyone has experienced pressure in some form. Whether this stress was through health, relationships, career, stability and security, it weighed pressure on our bodies and minds. Acknowledging stress, anxiety, and illness is the first step to letting go of it.


I don't think anyone in the last four years has had a clue what's going to happen next, and some have felt, can we survive this experience of pressure? However, this year is a new year, and we all have a choice to hold onto the old or move into the new. We all survived, we are here now still breathing. We can focus on the experience or take the wisdom into this new chapter.


While the New Year is a symbolic new start, as we can start each day as a new day, I encourage you all to connect with this global energy of changing times so that it can help motivate the new in you individually. A clean out of the home or a detox of the body. Starting a journal of goals and dreams. Creating a vision board. Getting more sleep, or exercise. Enrolling in that course, or deciding to drink more water. It's all a great way to refocus each day on something positive.


I recently read this piece by Ralph Waldo Emerson and it stirred something within...


He said " Write on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. He is rich and owns the day, and no one owns the day, and no one owns the day who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety. Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This new day is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on the yesterdays."


I AM WHOLE encourages you all to find what makes you WHOLE in 2024. Let go of anything that doesn't serve you, daily. Don't get stuck this year. Get healthy - know it's not just a possibility it's a reality. Follow your dreams, big or small, your passions stir joy. Change your environment by being a better version of yourself, or literally change your environment. Life is about experience it's how we grow. When we embrace growth, we embody the knowledge of how to experience joy on better days.
