Privacy & Safety

 

At I AM WHOLE we take privacy and safety very seriously. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering orders and updating customers with their deliveries, invoices, newsletters, sales, and store updates.

 

We use third-party banking to verify payment and reinforce security with online transactions. We contact users after their purchase has been dispatched and successfully delivered.

All personal information is kept under high security and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 established by the Australian federal government.  

Shipping, Returns & Wholesale

 

Shipping of products is automated to support shipping in Australian and International destinations.

 

If upon receiving your order, the product is damaged, then please follow the return policy by taking a photo of the damaged area and send it to the Customer Care Team via email with the title "Returns" within 2 business working days of receiving the order.

 

Once we have clarified and confirmed the damage we will then clarify how to ship the package back to us using standard shipping. We also have a 100% money-back guarantee on products damaged upon delivery and reimburse via your chosen payment method.
