FLOW WITH EASE

Flow with EASE is a one-hour yoga posture, breathwork, meditation & sound class. The class focus is to unwind the body's tensions and physical stressors.

This is not a fitness class, it is an EASE class.

The class size is 8 students

BREATHE

Breathe is a one-hour class that starts with using gentle movement to stimulate the nervous system and healing using the nervous system.  The deep dive into a breathwork session.

Breathe is not a fitness class.

The class size is 12 students

BE STILL

Be Still is a 30 min class that incorporates guided meditation and vibrational sound therapy into complete silence. When the gong gets struck three times everyone leaves in complete silence into their cars.  Taking the peace achieved into their worlds.

This is a seated class

The class size is 25 students.
