The Human Experience podcast and editorial series have been created from the transformative power of personal experiences within the body—spiritual, physical, and mental. We are all spiritual beings who have the power to shape our human experiences once we understand their importance.
When we are young, We immerse ourselves in the setting of our stories for our life. We all have different beginnings; whether it be at school, family, community, or sports, life-changing events occur. Some have a sense of freedom, and some have an understanding of control. Whenever something comes up, we respond, and learning starts to occur. Pain is a distraction from the experience but part of the learning process. With this pain, we begin to respond to our surroundings. It impacts our physical bodies, emotional stability and our thinking.
We then cross over into a phase of teen and young adult. We can become very responsible or completely irresponsible based on our upbringing, pain, lack of pain, the love we receive, our surroundings, our communities, and our culture. As we get older, we need to take responsibility for all of it, but at this age, most of us run blindly through it all, creating a more profound human experience of the unknown and not knowing. If only we knew how profound these years are instead of connecting with fear.
I would say that the real pandemic at the minute is the inability to manage emotions.
Complex emotional experiences can lead us to a life of partying or working harder than needed; some don't work hard enough, and some avoid life altogether. This type of experience can lead to emotions of jealousy, hate, insecurities, regret, fear and laziness. Rather than enjoying peace, love, joy and happiness. Some experiences encompass all of the above.
Because of marketing, some in this age group are delving into healing, which is excellent for self-growth. However, because of the lack of Human Experience, even spiritual communities worldwide can be harmful and become something of control. We are all supposed to become self-reliant and take responsibility for everything in our own lives. If we focus too young on others, we can become lost. In this age, an aspect of extremity exists in some form.
Living a life of any extremity can be seen as avoiding facing pain and the heavy storage of huge human emotions. This is an experience; the goal is not to make this time terrible. I felt guilty for not living an everyday life, but now I realise how essential this time was for who I am today. Those experiences, whilst different to childhood, are the first experiences of a young adult filled with mistakes, sometimes filled with pain, sometimes with success. It all holds a gift to freedom later in life.
We have to experience to achieve balance. Life has taught me that everything comes from the inside. However, the last four years have shown me that our worship should start there, too. Whether we worship God, Source, love, a higher power, or a greater good, even if we are an atheist (striving for a better world) etc, it all should be the same. We are the product of quality in this world. We are our God's work; we are our source's work. We must understand that our worship is our devotion to becoming the best versions of ourselves. The work we put into ourselves shows our dedication to our faith and beliefs. Understanding everything, all experiences are essential, all our responses are our focus, parenting is the only time when the focus of another is primary, even as a leader, we must lead from within, we can guide, but we can’t control no matter how hard it is.
Meditation helps remind us of the peace from beyond. Healing allows us to heal from our lessons of pain. Other wellness and mindfulness practices help us move forward in difficult times. Through all our experiences, we must realise how we respond, heal, and grow in those experiences that is the actual journey. We also must realise these are tools to have a better Human Experience.
Our food and water feed our human body, allowing us to experience vitality or understand low energy and illness. It’s a choice for some of us, some don’t have the option to eat good food and drink excellent water. Some choose not to educate themselves about the relationship between fuel and food.
My goal is to share information but let others experience the life they need to grow in whatever way. I have suffered a lot in life, not knowing that everyone has their perspective, life experience, and pain for growth. I worked to fix what I saw as a broken society. Before that, I was working to experience all of the spiritual world; I was healing others and running groups, and my intuition was so strong, and the results I had healing trauma in others through spirit were incredible. Still, I was also seeking to remove myself from harsh realities. I was seeking to live in the spiritual world.
We are spiritual beings living a Human Experience, and making the most of this life is essential. This also means understanding the consequences of all actions, that some will result in hard work, pain, and healing. It also means understanding the importance of giving others the freedom to be themselves and the power of another to provide that freedom for yourself. It means learning that pleasant/kind is not the same as good when reviewing quality relationships. This means that balance and self-reliance are the number one priorities in all constitutions. We get the experience to master these things in the Human Experience, not the Spiritual.
Suppose we learn to take responsibility for our lives, even though we can’t fathom it. We live to learn and grow, which only comes from living a life of experience. Pain is part of that; love is part of that; anger is part of that; selfishness is part of that, and compassion is part of that. The ability to say Yes and No is all part of that. We are here to experience being a human, all of what it holds and what we are brave enough to experience and face. Avoiding it is not an option; we will be pushed even when trying to escape.
It’s all growth, and how we respond is the only thing we can control. If we choose to do nothing well, we will probably return to it again, and that’s okay, too. Whatever we do in our lifetime is our experience. It’s all a choice. It's all ok. It is a freeing journey if we can stop making others right or wrong along the way.
The Human Experience podcast and editorial series provide focused information based on my research and practitioner work, considering all of the above. I hope you enjoy it.
